Early Life And Education
Etop Ikpe was born on 10th July 1973 (age: 50 years), in Uruk Otong, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. He grew up in a family of five and was raised in Lagos State.
He had his primary education at St. Patrick’s Primary School, Ikot Udota, and his secondary education at Loyola College, Abuja.
After his secondary education, Etop Ikpe proceeded to the University of Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria, where he studied Economics and graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree.
He also has an MBA from the IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain.
Etop Ikpe started his career in 1996 as a Management Trainee at British American Tobacco, where he worked for six years before joining PepsiCo International as a Territory Sales Manager.
He then moved to Coca-Cola International, where he worked for another six years, rising through the ranks to become the West Africa Regional Manager.
